Cart Revive is an independent software application that Shopify merchants install on their own store to recover abandoned checkouts. This page explains exactly what we ask for, what we never ask for, and how you stay in control.
your-store.myshopify.com.Cart Revive is a browser-based application. There is no software to download, no browser extension, and no executable file offered anywhere on this site.
Access is granted through Shopify's standard OAuth flow and limited to the permissions shown on the approval screen — reading checkouts, orders, products and discounts, and creating draft orders so recovery invoices can be sent from your own store. Removing the app in Shopify Admin → Apps revokes access immediately.
We store only what is needed to send a recovery invoice — checkout contents, totals and the customer contact address the shopper already gave your store. Abandoned checkout records are deleted automatically after 90 days, and all shop data is deleted when you uninstall. Full details are in our privacy policy.
Cart Revive is an independent third-party application for Shopify merchants. It is not Shopify, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Shopify Inc. “Shopify” is a trademark of Shopify Inc., used here only to describe compatibility. The app is reviewed and listed publicly on the Shopify App Store.
